Armstrong Machine Company Inc. has a Carburizing Controlled Atmosphere Furnace (computer controlled) with an oil quench. We also have drawing furnaces, a parts washer and induction annealing equipment.
Our baskets are
48" long x 32" wide we can heat-treat parts that are 24"
high. Our furnace is capable of running up to 700# per load.
We also have a hardness tester so that we can test the parts.
